Ban Bo Kaeo, Samoeng District, Chiang Mai Province is a place where coffee has been grown for more than 40 years. But in the past, the price of coffee was very low, so the villagers cut down the coffee trees and turned to growing other fruit crops instead. When Mr. Bew returned to Bo Kaeo, he saw the importance of traditional coffee in the area. He therefore wants to develop and encourage villagers to grow more coffee. They buy coffee cherries from villagers at a high price.
