Who we are

  • Q Project Thailand, a collaborative development initiative by Bolliger & Company (Thailand) and the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), represents a significant milestone in enhancing Thailand's coffee quality ecosystem. This comprehensive and strategic project is designed to uplift the Thai specialty coffee industry. The core of our mission involves providing cutting-edge training in post-harvest processing techniques to Thai coffee producers and processors. Our aim extends beyond producing high-quality, high-value specialty coffee; we're also committed to creating new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally, as well as in the digital realm, for these producers. Since 2023, we have witnessed the impressive growth of 72 farmers and counting, a testament to the success and potential of Q Project Thailand.
