Wiang Kaen, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Phu Chi Duen used to be a deforested mountain due to monocropping in the area. Given the infertile soil in the area, in order to grow coffee, trees must first be planted. In 2020, 500 Rais underwent a forest restoration effort with support from the World Wildlife Fund. Today, the locals used the area to produce high-quality coffee beans organically. | Taste Note : Nutty, Caramel, Walnut, Dark chocolate, Dried fruit
