Bongkotsasada Sopa

Chaiprom (Sopa)

Omkoi, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

offee was first introduced to Om Koi in 1986 under a government initiative to replace opium cultivation with sustainable highland crops. Building on this foundation, Sopa Estate was established in 2009 by a group of five local families, combining coffee cultivation, processing, and community sourcing alongside reforestation efforts. With over 17 years of experience, the farm has earned recognition in national and international competitions, including SCATH awards and Cup of Excellence rankings. Today, it continues to focus on quality-driven Arabica production, expanding into specialty varieties such as Geisha, SJ-133, Java, and Sirina to elevate Om Koi coffee onto the global stage.
